Becky J. Wynn, RNC, FNP

Becky J. Wynn was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University School of Nursing in 1983. She then completed a Master’s Degree in Business from Amber University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, earning certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, she received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences-Antigua in February 2007. Her professional interests include, but are not limited to, preventive health, female health, mental health and pediatrics. In her personal time, Becky enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She resides in Heath with her husband and their two sons.

Margie Chung, RNC, FNP

Margie was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and moved to Rockwall in 1987. She received her Diploma of Nursing from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Des Moines, Iowa, in 1978, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1980. Margie attended Texas Woman’s University, where she completed a Family Nurse Practitioner program and Master of Science Degree. Margie has completed numerous preceptorships in a variety of clinical settings in the Dallas area with an emphasis on comprehensive family health care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Association of Nurse Practitioners. Margie and her husband reside in Heath with one of their three daughters. Their other two daughters are currently attending college.

Jeff Rickert, PA-C

Jeff Rickert was born in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, but grew up in Canon City, Colorado. He received his B.A. degree in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He then moved to Texas where he taught science and coached football in Garland, Texas. He spent the last two and a half years in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he graduated from the University of St. Francis with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing. Jeff has professional training in several aspects of medicine, ranging from sports medicine to pediatrics and geriatrics.

Charla Granberry, RNC, FNP

Charla Granberry received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dallas Baptist University and her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999 from Texas Woman's University.  Charla holds certifications from American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses' Credentialling Center.  She enjoys sewing, reading, and playing with her grandchildren.

Mary Bachmeyer, RD, LD (Dietician)

Mary Bachmeyer is a registered and licensed dietitian. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Institutional Management from the University of Louisiana in Monroe and completed a dietetic internship at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Mary’s clinical experience includes inpatient nutritional services at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett. She has also provided outpatient nutrition education for Kaiser Permanente/Texas Health Choice including diabetes, cholesterol management and weight management. Mary currently resides in Richardson with her husband and their two children. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in Tall Tree near Lake Cypress Springs.

Mary sees patients in our Rockwall Medical Office and in our Greenville Medical Office.

Misty Hurley, RPT

Misty Hurley was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration and a minor in Health Science.  In 2000, she earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL.  Her professional training involves outpatient orthopedic experience including spinal rehabilitation with core stabilization/Pilates programs, manual therapy techniques, vestibular rehab, work comp related injuries including FCEs and work conditioning programs, as well as, treatment for a variety of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries.  She moved to Mesquite, TX in September 2000 and met her husband within three weeks.  They were married two years later and now have three beautiful children and reside in Forney, TX.  In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in church, scrapbooking, photography, and cake decorating.

Liesl M. Connelly, PA-C

Liesl Connelly was born in Hazel Crest, IL and raised in Sand Springs, OK.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oklahoma State University in 2004 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.  She then moved to Dallas, TX where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2007.  While at UTSW, Liesl was inducted into both the Physician Assistant Honor Society, Pi Alpha, as well as the Allied Health Honor Society, Alpha Eta.  She is a member of TAPA and AAPA.  She has a particular interest in preventative medicine and women's health issues.  In her spare time, Liesl enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and children.

Paul Koetter, RPT

Paul Koetter was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, but was raised in Cyril, Oklahoma just outside of Lawton.  Paul is  a Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's of Physical Therapy Degree.  Paul earned his degree at the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Paul's professional experience has been in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.  He has professional training in manual therapy, spinal rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, shoulder rehabilitation for the overhand thrower, and TMJ rehabilitation.  In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter as well as playing basketball, baseball, and golf.

Christina L. Roberts, PA-C

Christina Roberts was born and raised in Austin, TX.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition.  She then attended the University of North Texas Health and Science Center in Fort Worth to pursue her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies degree, graduating from the program in 2010 with academic honors.  She is a current member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.  She enjoys treating patients of all ages and her professional interests include women's health, preventative medicine, and pediatrics.  In her spare time, Christina enjoys watching college football and basketball, and spending time with family and friends.

Julie Briscoe, RNC, FNP

Julie Briscoe was born in Dallas, TX and has lived in the Rockwall area for the past several years.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University and worked for ten years in the area of oncology at Baylor University Medical Center.  Julie earned her Master of Science in Nursing and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Baylor University where she graduated with honors.  She completed numerous clinical hours in the family practice and women's health settings.  She also had the opportunity to spend several weeks doing an internship in medical missions in Africa and Mexico.  Julie enjoys treating patients of all ages and her professional interests include preventative health, comprehensive family health, and oncology.  Julie enjoys traveling, mentoring young women, and spending time with family and friends.

Julie Barnard, PA

Julie Barnard was born and raised in Greenville, TX.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2008.  She then went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2011.  Upon graduation, Julie and her husband, John Mark, decided to return to their hometown area so she could serve the community they grew up in.  Julie enjoys treating patients of all ages and her professional interests include, but are not limited to, preventative medicine, women's health, and pediatrics.  Julie enjoys travelling, watching and attending sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sherrie Hoover, RNC, FNP

Sherrie Hoover was born in California but grew up in Stephenville Texas.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University in 2004.  She then completed a Master's Degree of Science in Nursing Program in 2012, earning a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Her professional interests include, but are not limited to, woman's health, pediatric and cosmetic procedures.  In 2004, she stayed with family in Mexico for several months in order to become fluent in Spanish.  Sherrie enjoys reading, running and spending time with her family.  She resides in Rockwall with her husband and their son.

Todd Billingsley, RPT

Todd Billingsley was born in St. Julian's, Malta, but was raised in Oklahoma.  Right after high school, Todd joined the navy and served four years on the USS Trenton.  Todd is a Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center in Oklahoma City.  Todd's professional experience has been primarily in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.  He has professional training in manual therapy, spinal rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, and balance and falls prevention.  In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as spending time outdoors camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
